I started out as the Marketing Manager for a global eCommerce brand that were really experimental, creative and in turn experiencing periods of rapid growth. I spent 3 years getting stuck into testing, learning and developing strategies for all things digital + eCommerce. Having seen many agencies come and go, I realised it wasn’t uncommon for them to over-promise and under-deliver whilst charging a small fortune.

I decided to take matters into my own hands, taking care of all of the paid media myself in-house. It was here that I fell in love with the power of digital advertising, having seen first-hand how it can propel a business forward, but also how an agency can make or break results.

I eventually left to pursue Novella Place full-time, completely fired up and ready to provide the service that so many agencies were promising, but not delivering on.

This quickly became my obsession, and I’m now lucky enough to work with ambitious business owners from all over who are looking for a fresh perspective or new way of doing things.

I’ve managed budgets from $3,000 - $200,000+ per month and feel so lucky to do what I love every day, helping great brands jump to the next level through paid ads that actually work.
